Who we are

Third-party providers

Our newsletter is delivered by Beehiiv, Inc., which acts as our data processor for email. When you subscribe, your email address is processed by Beehiiv to send the double opt-in confirmation and, once you confirm, the newsletter itself; Beehiiv also manages the sender address, unsubscribe handling, and deliverability. Beehiiv is based in the United States, so where personal data is transferred outside the UK it is protected by appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Newsletter subscriber details are held until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, after which they are removed from active use, subject to any legal or administrative retention needs.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Email info@macropulse.uk to make a request.
